All of our childcare candidates are interviewed in-person by our staff. We conduct thorough background checks, talk to references, and ensure legal working status. We're also looking for the intangibles: Does this person love what they do? Do they take pride in their work? Do they seem loyal? Are they compatible with my clients' lifestyle?
